Implementation System (1) The Corporate Planning Division of NEC TOKIN Corporation, which is responsible for the management of this Code, will promote the implementation of the rules in this Code in cooperation with NEC TOKIN Group companies and the related divisions of NEC TOKIN Corporation. (2) The Internal Audit Office of NEC TOKIN Corporation will conduct audits of the observance of this Code. (3) The basic policies concerning the management and application of this Code will be deliberated on by the Compliance Committee of NEC TOKIN Corporation and, where necessary, reported to the board of directors of NEC TOKIN Corporation.     2. Compliance Hot Line   The contact points of the Compliance Hot Line are Internal Audit Office of NEC TOKIN Corporation and a consulting company designated by NEC Corporation.     3. Inquiries   Inquiries related to the provisions in this Code should be directed to the Corporate Planning Division, NEC TOKIN Corporation.
