NEC Tokin’s roots lie in its “materials.”

Through the advancement of information technology, we are moving toward a truly global society. We believe that our mission is to create key devices that lead a wave of innovation deriving from advanced materials.

Based on our material development and high-density production capabilities, we create devices that are playing a major role in the revitalization of society, including Energy Devices, Networking Devices, and Functional Devices.  These will enable us to make substantial contributions to revitalize society, with advanced information technology as its foundation.

Currently, our company represents its goal using the three concepts: “Device Creation Company Originating from Innovative Materials”, “Manufacturing Company Originating in Japan”, and “Solution Provider Company.”  We will advance our strategy for growth and structural reform　at the same time; the former focuses on "Key Devices for Innovation", based on these new concepts, and the latter is to facilitate this strategy.
