Safety precautions for lithium
ion rechargeable battery pack
Incorrect handling of a lithium ion rechargeable
battery may cause leakage, heat, smoke, explosion, or fire,
which could result in deterioration of performance or failure.
This may also damage the protection device installed in the
battery pack, resulting in damage to the equipment or injury
to the user. The instructions below must be unconditionally
followed.
Use the battery only in the specified
equipment.
Do not use or discharge the battery
close to fire or inside a car in which the temperature may
exceed oC.
Do not charge the battery in a place
where static electricity is generated, or let the battery
touch something that is statically charged.
The battery can be used within a -20oC
to 60oC temperature ranges.
